Core Responsibilities:

• Attained 8 years of coaching experience through my students ranging from ages 8-67 years of age

• Scheduled and coordinated virtual and in-person meetings, events and appointments for 50 pax workshops

• Mentored a cohort of 80 young budding artists to help them prepare for the music industry

• Analyzed and documented each student's progress by updating 32 weekly reports

• Carried out diagnostic assessments while promoting a safe and supportive environment

• Strategised and met client's learning outcomes for vocal/performing needs

• Contribute to the design & development of academic programs/ curriculum frameworks based on the needs of the group and specific individual needs within the group.

• Oversaw and delivered 426 student training and development programmes as developed

• Mentored and nurtured 38 artists to develop their vocal skills for the purpose of improving studio or live performances

• Maintained accurate records of 426 student's progress and future needs

• Consolidated annual progress student reports for review

• Sent 25-30 emails daily demonstrating mastery of written communication and attention to detail

• Implemented administrative tasks such as filing, generating presentations and providing scheduling support by booking appointments and managing conflicts between student’s parents and school

• Create a more efficient workspace by proactively anticipating department needs

• Assisted facilitation of 320 student showcases or recitals to realise artistic directions and strategy

• Handled administrative and logistical matters for music school
